One year ago today, my husband and I purchased our dream home.
We weren't actually looking to buy a house at the time. We were living in the city, saving for a down payment, and hoping we'd be ready to buy in a year or so. And then we found this house on craigslist. A week later we went to check it out - just looking couldn't hurt, right? Four weeks later we were moving in.
We have a lot of plans for this house.
